Rachel Williams

As a professional coach, I work with business and community activists to translate progressive ideas into powerful action.

I have a diverse background in corporate consulting and non-profit management. I began my post-collegiate career as a communications and high-tech analyst with Accenture. In fulfillment of a desire to serve the marginalized, I took on my next role as operations manager of St. John’s Shelter for Women and Children in Sacramento, CA, and in addition, started a non-profit organization. I served as co-founder, fund-raiser, executive director and coach for a local chapter of the national non-profit organization, Girls on the Run. Prior to launching my coaching business, I worked with The Wrigley Company, focused on project management of corporate performance improvement programs.

I've traveled to 16 countries across 4 continents for business and pleasure. A favorite trip included three-months of solo backpacking through Bolivia, Peru and Ecuador. I studied at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid and taught English in the village of Villarrobledo, Spain.

I graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Information Technology, with a minor in Spanish and am a current member of the International Coach Federation.
