<p>Shown here is a simple organic baby bok choy dish with fresh local shiitakes I was lucky enough to find at the farmer&#8217;s market last weekend.  <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shiitake_mushroom" target="_blank">Shiitake mushroom</a> happens to be a well studied, potent healing medicinal super food known in the orient for many millennia. If you can&#8217;t find them at your local organic farmer&#8217;s market stand, then there are plenty of <a href="http://www.gmushrooms.com/pots/Shiitake.htm" target="_blank">organic growing kits</a> online. Shiitake is known to be a:</p>

<p>It’s only April but I’m already thinking about breaking out my grill.  My grill is, well, not something to really write home about, or, for that matter, to write a blog post about.  I got it for about five bucks from some big box store a few years ago.  But, when there are fresh young vegetables to be cooked up, it’s my weapon of choice.  Nothing beats grilled asparagus, zucchini, eggplant, and peppers.  Nothing, that is, except for <strong>Grilled Baby Bok Choy</strong>.  </p>
