I love wine but I can only drink a glass or two without feeling like hell for days.

So wine bottles often are left in the wine racks looking pretty instead of being enjoyed. However Friday night I decided it was time to try a bottle of organic wine.

Cooper Mountain Vineyard in Oregon offers a great selection of organic and biodynamic wines of which I happened to have a bottle of their 2007 Pinot Gris Reserve.
