<p>The city of San Francisco is considering a ban on flash mobs after this year&#8217;s massive Valentine&#8217;s Day pillow fight caused an estimated $20,000 in damage.  This was San Francisco&#8217;s fourth annual pillow fight, but this year rainy weather caused feathers to clog up storm drains, leading to flooding in streets and some businesses.</p>
