<p>Good news for governments looking to measure greenhouse gas emissions: a <a href="http://www.gizmag.com/new-mini-sensor-for-detection-of-greenhouse-gases/10285/">new sensor </a>being developed by the VTT Technical Research Institute will be tiny (less than an inch), cost-effective, and twice as sensitive as current sensors.</p>
