The Coca-Cola Company has been served notice of a class action lawsuit filed by the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) over the deceptive and unsubstantiated claims on its VitaminWater line of beverages.

“Coke fears, probably correctly, that they’ll sell less soda as Americans become increasingly concerned with obesity, diabetes, and other conditions linked to diets too high in sugar. VitaminWater is Coke’s attempt to dress up soda in a physician’s white coat. Underneath, it’s still sugar water, albeit sugar water that costs about ten bucks a gallon.” - Steve Gardner, CSPI litigation director

The t-shirts are made from 100% interlocked organic cotton, which is the softest organic cotton I have ever felt.

Early childhood educators suggest that using a child’s name is the first place to begin teaching your child the alphabetic principle. Learning name recognition, as well as the letter names and sounds of one’s own name, is the logical and most appropriate way for children to learn their letters. Custom items brandishing your child’s name, such as Sweet Line’s custom organic cotton embrodery t-shirts, give your child lots of opportunity to experience their name. I still remember when my daughter was two-years-old and learned to spell her name from a custom clock her grandfather gave her.

I don’t drink it, my family doesn’t drink it, but millions do.

And if you believe the latest “Pemberton” ads, it’s got “No added preservatives. No artificial flavors. Never had it. Never will.”.

Coke also owns Odwalla juices among its 450 brands, so buy a juicer or a find a local juice bar instead of giving Coke your money.
