‘”Candle Night” is an event that uses the slogan “Turn off the lights and take it slow” on the evenings of the summer and winter solstices. This is a voluntary event, initiated by Japanese environmental non-governmental organizations.’

Candle Night calls for people to turn off their lights from 8pm to 10pm on December 22 and do something slower and calmer, and maybe something special.
